Ramayapatnam
At the Andhra Pradesh coastline in India the greenfield Ramayapatnam Port is planned. This port is being built by a joint venture of Navayuga Engineering Company Limited (NECL) and Aurobindo Realty & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd (AR & IPL). The 2 required breakwaters have a total length of 5 km and will be protected by around 25,000 XblocPlus and Xbloc units. The blocks range in sizes of 1.5 m3 and 6 m3 XblocPlus units on the trunk sections and 7 m3 and 8 m3 Xblocs on the roundheads.
