Constanta Beaches Phase 2 and 3 Romania

At the Black Sea coastline of Eforie in Romania, Van Oord is building new groynes and beaches. The project is part of a program to reinforce the coastline of Constanta in a nature-friendly way and boost the tourism sector. The groynes will be protected by around 3,000 Xblocs with a volume of 3 m³.
