Papeete, French Polynesia

DMC has signed a license agreement with J.L. Polynesie (Vinci) for the application of Xbloc armour units on Tahiti, French Polynesia. Xblocs will be applied as shore protection on the north side of the island. The design has been prepared by Egis Eau.

Xbloc production and placement is executed by two contractors, J.L. Polynesie and Boyer. The design consists of 0.75m3 Xbloc units and the Xbase will be used as the first row of the shoreprotection.
