Ramayapatnam Port At the Andhra Pradesh coastline in India the greenfield Ramayapatnam Port is planned. This port is being built by a joint venture of Navayuga Engineering Company Limited and Auro Infra Private Limited. The 2 required breakwaters have a total length of 5 km and will be protected by around 25,000 XblocPlus and Xbloc units. The blocks range in sizes of 6 m3 XblocPlus and Xbloc units on the trunk sections and 7 m3 and 8 m3 Xblocs on the roundheads.
Mundra, India Adani Ports and Special Economic zone are using Xbloc armour units for the revetment of the Mundra LNG project. The physical model tests were executed by LHI in Sri Lanka. The production of the Xblocs will start in October 2015.
